• Steve Bussel, President of Bussel Realty Corp, founded the company in 1984. He has over 40 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in industrial, office, retail, distribution and investment real estate consultation, analysis and problem solving. During his career, Steve has negotiated over 800 commercial lease and sale transactions representing over $600 million dollars.

• Expertise consists of landlord and corporate representation in both the acquisition and disposition of commercial/industrial real estate, site selection, negotiation and closing of transactions.
