Bussel Realty Corp Leases 160,000 SF at 601 Lehigh Avenue in Union, New Jersey

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased the entirety of 601 Lehigh Avenue in Union, New Jersey, a 160,000-square-foot industrial building, to Eastern Coach Company, LLC.

The tenant, Eastern Coach Company, recently received site plan approval to fully renovate and utilize the site for its bus and coach business, providing a critical benefit to the local New Jersey communities it services.” 

601 Lehigh Avenue in Union, New Jersey, is a 160,000-square-foot industrial property located near Port Newark/Elizabeth and Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike.  The property features 11,385-square-foot offices, 32,000 square feet of outdoor storage, 16-foot ceilings, multiple tailboards and drive-in doors for loading, wet sprinklers, heavy power and 150 parking spaces.
