Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp Leases 150,000 SF at 1200 Milik Street in Carteret, NJ

The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased the entirety of 1200 Milik Street in Carteret, New Jersey, a 150,000-square-foot industrial building, to an undisclosed food purveyor. 

Jordan Metz, senior vice president, of the Metz Industrial Group at BRC represented the tenant. The landlord, CenterPoint Properties, was represented by KBC Advisors.

1200 Milik Street in Carteret, New Jersey, is a 150,000-square-foot industrial property located near the New Jersey Turnpike and minutes to Route 1-9, the Goethals Bridge, Newark Liberty Airport and Port Newark/Elizabeth. The property features 5,142-square-foot offices, 25-foot ceilings, 13 tailboards, one drive-in door, wet sprinklers, heavy power and 93 surface parking spaces.
