The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced it has arranged a 29,225-square-foot lease at 900 North Avenue in Plainfield, New Jersey, on behalf of ECA Developers, owner of the newly redeveloped 114,355-square-foot property. The new tenant, Slick City Action Park, is an indoor family entertainment destination featuring air courts, slides and other active recreation attractions.

The transaction marks the second major sports and entertainment lease at 900 North Avenue, underscoring growing demand for high-quality recreation, wellness and experiential uses in the New Jersey urban infill markets. The property was completed in 2025 following the adaptive reuse and redevelopment by ECA Developer of a long-vacant, century-old factory into a modern Class A small-bay flex facility.
