Steve Bussel, President of BRC, represented the seller, West First Roselle, LLC, while the Metz Industrial Group represented the buyer, RCG Realty LLC.
The acquisition was completed as part of RCG Realty's tax-deferred 1031 exchange following the successful disposition of its 4.8-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property at 1200 Springfield Road in Union, New Jersey, where MIG also represented RCG Realty. By strategically managing the sale and identifying qualified replacement properties that met the 1031 exchange requirements, the Metz Industrial Group helped RCG Realty successfully reinvest its proceeds into 150 West First Avenue as one of several transactions as part of the exchange.
