Steve Bussel, president, and Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president, of BRC represented the owner, 936 S. Elmora Avenue LLC in the transaction. The tenant was represented in-house. Evolussion Tire Company will utilize the space for its wholesale/retail tire business.

Elmora Avenue in Elizabeth, New Jersey, is an 18,200-square-foot industrial property located near the New Jersey Turnpike and is minutes to Route 1-9, the Goethals Bridge, Newark Liberty Airport and Port Newark/Elizabeth.
