Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased the entirety of 25-35 Hillside Avenue in Hillside, New Jersey, a 14,060-square-foot industrial building. 

Steve Bussel, president, and Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president, of BRC represented the landlord, Hillside Properties LLC, in the transaction.  The tenant, Don Jon Marine Company, was represented in-house.

25-35 Hillside Avenue in Hillside, New Jersey is a 14,060-square-foot industrial building located in close proximity to Routes 22 and 1-9, I-78, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport.  The property features two tailboards for loading, 3,500-square-foot offices, 16-foot ceilings, 20-car parking.
