Metz Industrial Group of BRC Leases 58,100 SF at 2500 Brunswick Avenue in Linden, New Jersey

The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased 58,100 square feet at 2500 Brunswick Avenue in Linden, New Jersey, a 208,000-square-foot, seven-building industrial complex, to Ben Tire LLC.

2500 Brunswick Avenue in Linden, New Jersey, is a 208,000-square-foot, seven-building industrial complex located at the confluence of Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike and the entrance to the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island, New York.  The industrial complex is comprised of seven properties ranging from 25,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet, with ceiling heights ranging from 12-foot to 26-foot clear, ample loading, wet and ESFR sprinkler systems, and ample trailer parking.  The industrial complex is near Newark Liberty Airport, Port Newark/Elizabeth and offers immediate access to New York City Metro markets.
