Bussel Realty Corp Leases 120,000 SF at 1575 Jersey Avenue in North Brunswick, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased 120,000 square feet at 1575 Jersey Avenue in North Brunswick, New Jersey, a 129,129-square-foot industrial building, to Onus Global Fulfillment Solutions (OGFS). 

David Blitt, senior vice president, and Eli Harari, sales associate, of BRC represented the tenant. The landlord, VHF1575 LLC, was represented by Rubin Realty.
