The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage. Metz and Abbate were recognized in the Top Industrial Lease category for the 80,000-square-foot renewal of GlacierPoint Enterprises at 141 Fieldcrest Avenue in Edison, New Jersey. Metz and Abbate represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction.

GlacierPoint Enterprises signed a new long-term lease in this Class A warehouse featuring cold storage and rail service. Built in 1972 and expanded/modernized in 2008, the former Vesuvio Foods facility is located in the prestigious Raritan Center business park in Edison, New Jersey.
