Bussel Realty Retail Services Leases 1,772 SF at 649 Route 206 in Hillsborough, New Jersey

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased 1,772 square feet at Hillsborough Centre, 649 Route 206 in Hillsborough, New Jersey, a 87,054-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center, to SVRK LLC (Halal Meat Market).

Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services represented both the owner, 3 Ronson LLC, and the tenant in the transaction. The restaurant is expected to open its doors in January 2025.
