The Advance Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased three acres of industrial outdoor storage space at 9101 Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen, New Jersey, on behalf of San Antonio Broker Services. 

San Antonio Broker Services was represented by Anthony Rittwager, Senior Vice President, and Matthew Phillips, Director of Asset Services, of the Advance Industrial Group at BRC. The landlord, Hartz Mountain Industries, was represented in-house.
