Bussel Realty Retail Services Brokers Sale of 20,000 SF Retail Center at 257 Route 202 in Flemington, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its brokered the sale of 257 Route 202 in Flemington, New Jersey, a 20,000-square-foot retail strip center, to Yam Holding Corp for $3.2 million. 

Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, and Steve Bussel, SIOR, president, of BRC represented the seller, 257 Route 202 LLC, in the transaction.
