Bussel Realty Corp Leases 158,006 SF at 400 Clearview Road in Edison, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased the entirety of 400 Clearview Road in Edison, New Jersey, a 158,006-square-foot industrial building, to Packaging & Distribution Resources.

David Paster, vice president, and David Blitt, senior vice president, of BRC represented Packaging & Distribution Resources, in the transaction. The landlord, Federal Business Centers, was represented in-house.

The property features 3,471-square-foot offices, 24-foot ceiling heights, 22 loading doors, LED lighting, and 100 surface parking spaces.
