Bussel Realty Corp Subleases 87,103 SF at 355 Clearview Road in Edison, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, subleased the entirety of 355 Clearview Road in Edison, New Jersey, a 87,103-square-foot industrial building, on behalf of Meiya Capital Inc.

Eric L.  Koons, vice president of BRC, represented Meiya Capital Inc. in the transaction.  The sublandlord, Inter-Metro Freight, was represented in-house.

The property features 6,261-square-foot offices, 24-foot ceiling heights, 18 loading doors, T-5 lighting, wet sprinklers and 600 amps of electric power.
