Bussel Realty Leases 27,356 SF at 262 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased 27,356 square feet at 262 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway, New Jersey, a 140,000-square-foot industrial building, to Appco Pharma LLC.

Steve Bussel, SIOR, president of BRC represented the landlord, Richards & Robbins, in the transaction. The tenant was represented in-house.

262 Old New Brunswick Road in Piscataway, New Jersey, is a 140,000-square-foot industrial property located in close proximity to I-287 and the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 22-foot ceiling heights, 14 tailboards, +/-4,000-square-foot offices, wet sprinklers, 400 to 600 amps of power, ample parking and sits on 8.6 acres.
