Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp Leases 14,000 SF at 410 Allen Street in Elizabeth, NJ

The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its leased 14,000 square feet to Castle & Brothers Logistics at 410 Allen Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey, a 67,000-square-foot industrial building. 

Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of BRC represented the landlord, S&H Development, and the tenant in the transaction. The Metz Industrial Group is currently marketing 24,500 square feet of industrial space available at the property.
