Bussel Realty Corp Leases 25,000 SF at Franklin Technical Center, 72 Veronica Avenue in Somerset, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased 25,000 square feet of industrial space, Units 6 through 10 at 72 Veronica Avenue in Somerset, New Jersey, a 50,000-square-foot industrial building, to Infinity Fragrances LLC. The transaction brings the property to 100 percent occupancy.

Gregory Irving, executive vice president and partner, and Anthony Mircovich, vice president, of BRC represented the landlord, Veronica Development Association, in the transaction. Infinity Fragrances LLC was represented by Antonio DeCicco of ReMax Instyle Realty.

72 Veronica Avenue in Somerset, New Jersey, is part of Franklin Technical Center, a complex consisting of two 50,000-square-foot buildings located between Princeton and Rutgers Universities in Franklin Township, Somerset, New Jersey. The buildings are zoned medium industrial with the majority of the space used by life sciences and technology firms.
