Bussel Realty Retail Services Leases 1,370 SF at 1301 Prince Rodgers Avenue in Bridgewater, NJ

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, leased 1,370 square feet at The Bridgewater Shoppes, 1301 Prince Rodgers Avenue in Bridgewater, New Jersey, a 50,288-square-foot retail shopping center, to Stretch Recovery Lounge.

Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services represented Stretch Recovery Lounge in the transaction. The landlord, BET Bridgewater LLC, was represented in-house. The assisted stretching and athletic recovery practice is expected to open its doors in June 2025.
