Ukay Trucking & Delivery Services leased 52,638 square feet and was represented by Lee & Associates. Farmmi USA Inc. leased 49,755 square feet and was represented by Rubin Realty. Anthony Rittwager, vice president of BRC, represented the landlord, JWH Real Estate Holding, in both transactions.
