The Jaynes Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp., comprised of Steve Jaynes, N. Rebecca Abraham, and Doug Jaynes, represented the seller, Liberty Street Realty, LLC, and the buyer in the transaction.

Sixty Liberty Holdings LLC acquired the property as part of its continued expansion and investment strategy focused on well-located, functional industrial assets in Central New Jersey, positioning the building to support flex industrial operations, warehousing, distribution, and long-term value growth.
