Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 3,200 SF at 701 Route 70 in Marlton, New Jersey

Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial and retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced it has leased 3,200 square feet at 701 Route 70 in Marlton, New Jersey, a 40,000-square-foot retail strip center, on behalf of SETS Hybrid Training.

Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services represented the tenant, SETS Hybrid Training, in the transaction. The landlord, Milelli Marlton LLC, was represented by Vantage Real Estate Services.

SETS Hybrid Training, a performance-driven fitness and conditioning studio specializing in hybrid strength, endurance, and functional training programs, will join several other prominent retailers at the shopping center including Staples, Aldi, and Riccardi Brothers Paint. The rapidly growing fitness brand opened this location in March of 2026.

Staples Plaza is a 40,000-square-foot retail shopping center located directly off Route 70, where approximately 52,000 vehicles pass the site daily.
