    The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial and retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced it has successfully arranged the sublease of 123,537 square feet at 301-321 Herrod Boulevard in Dayton, New Jersey, to Just Warehouse Services LLC.

     

    The transaction provides Just Warehouse Services with a strategically positioned distribution facility in the heart of Central New Jersey’s highly competitive industrial corridor, enabling the company to expand its operational footprint and enhance its ability to serve customers throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

     

    Jordan Metz, Principal, Benito Abbate, Senior Associate, and James Friel, Sales Associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. represented the subtenant, Just Warehouse Services LLC. The sublandlord, GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc., was represented by Lee & Associates.
