Metz Industrial Group of BRC Subleases 117,875 SF at 303 Helen Street in South Plainfield, NJ

The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial and retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced it has arranged the sublease of 117,875 square feet at 303 Helen Street in South Plainfield, New Jersey, to HABR Brokerage Inc., completing the assignment in under 30 days from being retained to market the space.

The transaction provides HABR Brokerage Inc. with a strategically located distribution facility in one of Central New Jersey’s most active industrial submarkets, with access to major highways, ports, and population centers throughout the Northeast.

The property will support HABR’s continued growth and operations, including logistics support, customized storage, kitting and assembly, and broader supply chain solutions for customers across New Jersey, New York, and the Northeast corridor.
