Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. Leases 30,283 SF at 620 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, NJ

The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial and retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced it has leased the entirety of 620 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, a 30,283-square-foot industrial property, on behalf of The Lab Fabrication.

The Lab Fabrication, a custom fabrication shop focused on creating immersive and experience-driven brand environments, has secured the entire building to support its East Coast expansion into Northern New Jersey.

Jordan Metz, Principal, Benito Abbate, Senior Associate, and James Friel, Sales Associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of BRC represented the custom fabrication shop in the transaction. The landlord, Oliver Street Capital, was represented by CBRE.
