Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. Brokers $6.35M Sale of 740 Lloyd Road in Aberdeen, N.J.

The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial and retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced the sale of 740 Lloyd Road in Aberdeen, New Jersey, a 6.0-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property featuring six warehouse and maintenance facilities totaling 30,000 square feet. The property sold for $6,350,000.

MIG represented both the seller, Keynet Aberdeen LLC, and the buyer, RCG Realty LLC, in the transaction. The acquisition was completed as part of RCG Realty's tax-deferred 1031 exchange following the successful sale of its 4.8-acre industrial outdoor storage property at 1200 Springfield Road in Union, New Jersey, where the Metz Industrial Group also represented RCG Realty. By strategically coordinating the disposition and identifying replacement assets that met the exchange requirements, MIG enabled RCG Realty to successfully reinvest the proceeds into 740 Lloyd Road.
