The newly constructed 136,346-square-foot industrial warehouse sits on eight acres and was purchased by a long-term MIG client in the entertainment/logistics business, which will utilize the space for its new corporate HQ distribution facility.
The property features two levels of high-quality industrial space, including an 86,706-square-foot first level and a 49,640-square-foot ground level. The first level offers 40-foot clear ceiling heights in the warehouse area and 14-foot ceilings in the loading area, ten drive-in doors, 16 dock doors, and 9,075 square feet of office space. The ground level includes 19-foot ceiling heights, 13 loading doors, and one drive-in door.
Developed in 2025, the state-of-the-art facility is equipped with LED warehouse lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, 1,000 amps of power, and ample on-site parking, making it ideally suited for modern distribution and logistics operations.
